The Outreach Machine ("the App") and its Chrome extension are designed with privacy as a core principle. All processing happens locally on your machine. No user data is collected, stored, or transmitted to any external server by us.
The Outreach Machine Chrome extension communicates exclusively with the locally running Outreach Machine desktop application on localhost:8000. It does not send any data to external servers. It accesses Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X tabs solely to deliver DMs queued within the local app. No browsing history, credentials, personal information, or social media content is collected or transmitted.
The desktop application stores all data (leads, campaigns, email accounts, settings) in a local SQLite database on your machine. This data never leaves your computer unless you explicitly export it. We do not have access to your data.
License keys are validated against our server solely to confirm validity. No personal data beyond the license key itself is transmitted during this check.
